Land Rover Carolinas is accepting resumes for the position of Sales Guide. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. Sales guides are responsible for delivering top notch service tou our exclusive clientele. Candidates must be eager to present our New and Pre-Owned inventory to our luxury and adventure minded guests; whether onsite in our Centre, over the phone or via the internet.

The successful candidate will be articulate, have a desire to serve others, be self disciplined, have a desire to learn and be looking for a career, not a job. In addition, the candidate should have an upbeat, easygoing personality, with excellent communication skills and professional apperance.

Duties:

• Determine each customer's individual needs by asking questions and listening; assist customers by answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs.
• Keep up to date on incoming inventory, vehicle specifications/features and accessories and how they benefit our customers.
• Be able to explain to customers about product performance and features; as well as the benfits of our products through vehicle walk arounds and on-road and off-road test drives.
  
• Be able to take customers through the delivery process; ensure each customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to follow up with customers and prospects; making sure all expectations are met.
• Sell a minimum number of vehicles based on goals set by you and your Centre Manager.
• Review and analyze with Management on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis how to become a better, more effective Sales Guide.

Prospective candidates should demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include  background checks, Motor Vehicle Records, Drug Testing and have a valid Drivers License.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Land Rover Carolinas is seeking an experienced Service Technician for our Columbia Service Department. High-Line, European and/or Luxury Automotive experience preferred, but not required. Specialized Land Rover training will be provided.
